Standing on Cherry Rd (upper road) looking down and to the left side of the lot. If you look really really really hard you can see a small glimpse of Lake Stevens to the left side of the big lone tree. Trust me it is really hard to see even when you are at the lot in person. =)

Shana, Will you see the lake from the new house? Also, how big is lot? Looks bigger than I remember.

Yes, we will have an obstructed view of the lake during the winter. Not so much during the summer because of all the foliage. The lot is 13,300 sf or just shy of 1/3 acre.
